Our portfolio of rooms are all private en suites with your own bathroom.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

We accept furry friends for some of our serviced suites, please contact our leasing team for more information.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Please note that additional charges do apply.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

Our tenants get to enjoy their own private room, while common spaces are shared with other tenants. There are a lot of fun and exciting community events as well as plenty of perks for the community to enjoy.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We will need your ID / Passport, and a business registration certificate if your lease is signed by a company.

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

Our standard move-in time is at 3PM, and move-out time is at 12NOON. If you wish to move in earlier or move out later, please get in contact with us to coordinate. An extra charge may be applied.

You have first right to renew your lease up to 45 days before it expires. Just reach out to your leasing representative or to our Community Manager to further assist you.

We do not accept co-signers for applicants.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Deposit is refundable around 30 days after check out and to make sure that all furniture and appliances will be in good shape.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.

We have laundry machines available to everyone.

Yes, we have a great kitchen where you can cook your meals! We just ask that you clean up after yourself to keep the space nice for everyone. Enjoy your cooking.
