  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
  • Booking
  • We will need your ID / Passport, and a business registration certificate if your lease is signed by a company.
  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • Our standard move-in time is at 3PM, and move-out time is at 12NOON. If you wish to move in earlier or move out later, please get in contact with us to coordinate. An extra charge may be applied.
  • You have first right to renew your lease up to 45 days before it expires. Just reach out to your leasing representative or to our Community Manager to further assist you.
  • We do not accept co-signers for applicants.
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • Deposit is refundable around 30 days after check out and to make sure that all furniture and appliances will be in good shape.
  • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
  • If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all private rooms, communal areas, and hallways. If you choose to smoke, please approach balcony or rooftop, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
