Blue ribbon/highest rating facility and people across the board here, and 100% honest & safe. Really incredible! Accommodating and enthusiastic and compassionate and patient and diligent. And everything works! Perfect neighborhood too. Perfect spot. With just the right balance of community and privacy. And super comfortable!

Excellent option for a couple of nights without luxuries. Some rooms are quite narrow for 2, and the furniture is very basic.
It has a fairly comfortable workplace and coffee.

A very nice place, with service 20/10. We arrived without a reservation and immediately they helped us get a room. We arrived before check-in and they let us shower and leave our things at the place.
The breakfast was very good.
I stayed in the junior room and it was more than adequate for 2 people; it had a mini fridge and a private bathroom with hot water.

It also had very nice common areas like a terrace, a communal kitchen, coworking space, and a sauna.
Super recommended.

Location near 70 in Laureles and also very close to the stadium, but it is away from the noise.

Highly recommended, I paid for a semi-double room, including breakfast, cost 120.00p.
It is very quiet, the location is excellent, close to 70, which is known for having places to drink, but I don’t drink.
There are places to eat and you can go out for a walk.
There are d1 and Ara nearby, I would return.

Clean place and nice staff. Not too expensive with a rooftop terrace and gallery on each floor.

The manager is unequivocally the best there is. Oh my god. I don't have words. He is extremely helpful, kind, resourceful, respectful, and patient. The list goes on. The coliving is also in a great location in Laureles and walking distance to cafes/restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping - anything you might need. It is not much of a coliving and is more like a coliving with a coworking space. It's great for what it offers and its price.

A very nice coliving to come with family, in a very quiet place with several spots for dinner and lunch. It is a few blocks from 70 to escape for a little dance.

This place is exactly as advertised, and a great deal for the money. The manager understands customer service and is exemplary with the guests.

Definitely recommended. Great location, and quiet street.

The walls are a bit thin, so sometimes can hear people outside chatting.

I highly recommend this coliving space. I took off one star because the bathroom was a bit cramped, but overall it was a good experience. I'm definitely considering returning.
