Quite suitable for long stays with friends, a partner, or alone! (Maybe not so much for families or children)The good:The place offers laundry service at an extra cost, but if you stay more than a week, it's included, which is a huge help!! There is a water and coffee station on three floors (out of 4) so you never get dehydrated; there is air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, and TV.The common areas are very nice and clean, everything very suitable! You can invite one person (per guest) until a certain hour and have them hang out with you on the roof or in any other common area. They have an S-Mart TV and set up the Netflix account for you (although later you go and it's not logged in—what's the point of having a TV without accounts? But everything's fine!!)Here you can also book tour services whose costs are a little below average. There is the option of included breakfasts and although they are simple, they are tasty and filling. The bad:There is a "quiet hours" rule from 10:00 pm (when visitors must leave) to 9:00 am—you can't make noise during that time, which is good if you want to sleep but bad if you want to keep hanging out. It's not very central, but the area is super quiet and lovely! The ugly: it doesn't have an elevator and we were on the 4th floor; at first it was fine, but after a few days and the tours, our legs hurt and there is no adequate access for people with limited mobility.
100% recommended.
Excellent coliving, good cleanliness and excellent service; it provides many amenities and its cost-benefit ratio is perfect. I recommend it.
Excellent coliving, flexible check-in hours, very friendly staff, I had no issues with the service, on my next trip to Medellín I will surely stay with this host again. The only curious thing is that I see they don't appear on Booking or Airbnb; I found the coliving purely by chance on Rappi Travel
The coliving is very well located.
15 minutes from a metro line. And a few minutes from a very lively street with bars and fast-food.
Surrounded by restaurants and small shops.
The staff is really pleasant and the laundry service is very convenient (we dropped off our laundry in the morning and picked it up the same evening, great)
We had a room with a window overlooking the street.
And fortunately, because without a window the room is small and without air conditioning (just a fan), it's sometimes difficult at night.
The bed is not very comfortable.
And the breakfast is very limited, unfortunately. Just eggs, coffee or tea. Orange juice costs extra and we didn't get any fruit.
Blue ribbon/highest rating facility and people across the board here, and 100% honest & safe. Really incredible! Accommodating and enthusiastic and compassionate and patient and diligent. And everything works! Perfect neighborhood too. Perfect spot. With just the right balance of community and privacy. And super comfortable!
I recommend 100%!!!!!
Excellent option for a couple of nights without luxuries. Some rooms are quite narrow for 2, and the furniture is very basic.
It has a fairly comfortable workplace and coffee.
A very nice place, with service 20/10. We arrived without a reservation and immediately they helped us get a room. We arrived before check-in and they let us shower and leave our things at the place.
The breakfast was very good.
I stayed in the junior room and it was more than adequate for 2 people; it had a mini fridge and a private bathroom with hot water.
It also had very nice common areas like a terrace, a communal kitchen, coworking space, and a sauna.
Super recommended.
Location near 70 in Laureles and also very close to the stadium, but it is away from the noise.
Highly recommended, I paid for a semi-double room, including breakfast, cost 120.00p.
It is very quiet, the location is excellent, close to 70, which is known for having places to drink, but I don’t drink.
There are places to eat and you can go out for a walk.
There are d1 and Ara nearby, I would return.
Excellent service, excellent location, and very friendly. Incredible place and a beautiful stay. They were very kind and helped us with everything. 10/10
