Easyliving SG We are a new start up co-living company and currently have units mainly Central to the East of Singapore. We are a strong believer of providing support to our community and build a conducive and friendly environment for the tenants to live in. We want to create a HOME AWAY FROM HOME concept. Our tenants are in their 20s-early 30s, mostly working professionals from diverse background.

Stayed here for a year and it was one of the best experiences I can say. Evelyn is very helpful and always listens to our needs. The location is good as well, housemates are friendly. Sadly have to move out due to work reasons, otherwise would def continue our stay. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Great place to meet people and enjoy a hassle-free renting experience. The management is very responsive and strives to ensure the tenants are happy staying together. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service provided.

My experience with this colivimg space had been amazing.
I categorized myself a tenant that expects high operational standards and I recommend Xcel for those with similar personality like me. The efficient, no nonsense-type.
I needed my place clean, near the MRT station, near the city, surrounded by food-centres in walking distance. I needed to work and study remotely and the apartment and operator (Evelyn) helped with smooth transitions during the pandemic.
