Stayed here for a year and it was one of the best experiences I can say. Evelyn is very helpful and always listens to our needs. The location is good as well, housemates are friendly. Sadly have to move out due to work reasons, otherwise would def continue our stay. Highly recommended!

My experience with this colivimg space had been amazing.
I categorized myself a tenant that expects high operational standards and I recommend Xcel for those with similar personality like me. The efficient, no nonsense-type.
I needed my place clean, near the MRT station, near the city, surrounded by food-centres in walking distance. I needed to work and study remotely and the apartment and operator (Evelyn) helped with smooth transitions during the pandemic.
