Desde marzo de 2017, Sharies ha desarrollado una nueva forma de vivir a través de espacios urbanos que unen a las personas. Especialmente diseñado para personas que buscan una experiencia de vivienda única, Sharies ofrece alojamientos "Plug & Play". Nuestra comunidad tiene acceso a espacios de vida compartidos, con múltiples servicios como un gimnasio totalmente equipado, zona de bienestar, espacios de eventos para talleres o conferencias, terraza en la azotea, servicio de conserjería y mucho más.
Las zonas de estar cuentan con el apoyo de zonas de co-working activas, abiertas a cualquiera que desee estudiar o trabajar de forma flexible y personalizable mientras se toma algo en una agradable y acogedora cafetería.
