I stayed for a month. Overall I had a lovely time thanks mostly to the receptionist Aof, who organized free activities to help people meet and gave great local recommendations. The room, however, didn't meet my expectations. The mattress was very firm, and I was regularly woken early by nearby construction. The windows don’t seal well and the walls are thin, so I could hear and sometimes smell activity from outside—earplugs are a good idea. On arrival you get a booklet of rules and a long list of potential extra charges for things like cleaning or new towels. They warned about extra fees for high electricity use and there’s no complimentary coffee like at some accommodations. At checkout they counted borrowed utensils in front of me, and they require a cash deposit on arrival, which felt excessive for budget travelers. This place seems geared toward people working online and staying longer rather than those seeking a short, quiet stay. The location is convenient (walkable to the beach) and the property is pleasant with a nice pool.

Wir (Eine Familie mit drei erwachsenen Töchtern) waren für 5 Tage in diesem coliving in 3 Zimmern untergebracht. Die schöne gepflegte Anlage liegt am Ende einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße im Zentrum von der Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da die Betten sehr angenehm waren, die Klimaanlagen neu zu sein schienen und sehr geräuscharm die Zimmer kühlten. Die Zimmer sowie die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber, keine Anzeichen von Feuchtigkeit oder Schimmel. Der französische Manager und seine Vertreterin kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Es werden zahlreiche Angebote für Aktivitäten auf der Insel den coliving Gästen online zugestellt. Man kann sich aussuchen, ob man die eine oder andere Aktivität mitmacht. Unsere Mädchen hatten sich für Quad fahren in den Bergen und für Gokart fahren an einem nahegelegenen See entschieden. Beides war klasse. Nach der Rückkehr von den Ausflügen konnten wir uns in dem schönen Pool abkühlen und entspannen.
Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt bei dem Gastgeber.

It's a great place if you're looking for something quiet but also with 7 eleven, shops and restaurants around the corner. I'd recommend having a scooter, as you'd need it to move around more easily in the area to go to the night market or the beach, but you can also use Grab.The staff were very friendly and always helped with anything I needed. All the team at the host were always attentive and took care of the place to keep it well maintained.I'll definitely come back. Thank you!

I stayed here for 2 months. Cozy place, close to the beach, night market, and restaurants. Very good service, clean area. Big advantage - lots of activities for the residents. I will definitely stay here again next time

The place is impeccably maintained, peaceful, and truly enjoyable to live in on a daily basis. The apartments are comfortable, well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere genuinely makes you feel at home rather than staying in a typical coliving. The swimming pool is always clean, the common areas are well cared for, and the environment is perfect for relaxing while still being close to all the amenities and conveniences of the area.
