The coliving was a wonderful place to stay 🌴
Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and truly cared about our comfort. The atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful, making it easy to relax.

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Really nice stay there. Even though it's in the center of Lamai, it still has a very quiet and peaceful vibe to it.

I had a great stay at the coliving. The space is large and the whole park is very clean. The staff is friendly and is always up for a chat.
In the room, there is a desk and chair so you can work well. The staff also do their best to build a community. This makes it very easy to get in touch with other residents. Many activities are planned.
I was sorry to leave and will definitely want to come back here!

I spent 14 days at a coliving, and this place was exactly what I needed.
A calm, soothing spot, timeless, while still being close to everything. Easily accessible by foot or Grab to shops, markets, restaurants, shopping center... and the beach is really not far, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
The coliving is slightly set back from the main road, and that is what makes all the difference: a rare silence in Koh Samui, a gentle, almost meditative atmosphere.
The accommodations are comfortable and well thought out.
One small point to check when booking: not all apartments have a terrace or a kitchenette. That said, it’s not a drawback since everything is accessible around, including an excellent French bakery.
The pool is clean, the place is very well maintained, and the staff is attentive and present without being intrusive. Activities are offered, which is perfect if you are traveling alone and want to naturally connect with others.
The young couple managing the coliving deserves a special mention: warm, friendly, attentive, always ready to help. They also offer a small bar-restaurant for meals and breakfasts, simple and welcoming.
But what I remember most is the calm.
If you’re looking for a party, this is not the place.
If you’re looking for peace, gentleness, a true place to slow down, alone or as a couple, then this coliving is a clear choice.

Highly recommend this place! Great and silent location, spacious rooms (up floor), nice pool and co/working space outside.

From start to finish, this was one of the most professionally run coliving experiences I've stayed in anywhere.

They are unbelievably cool, calm, and quietly assured, the kind of individual who gives you complete confidence that you're in very good hands without ever needing to overdo it.

The level of organization, communication, and attention to detail felt closer to how a five-star coliving is run than a typical coliving experience, but with a much more personal touch. It's genuinely rare to come abroad and meet someone who operates at this level.

It's no surprise at all that their business is thriving. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would recommend this place without reservation.
