Fantastic Stay!
I stayed at the coliving during the months of November and December.
It was great connecting with a diverse group of artists on site—many of them are very talented!
Of course, the place isn’t perfect, but it’s hard to find perfection in our world.
The manager prepared some lovely Christmas cookies and organized various events on the weekends.
A big plus is the Secret Spot, a studio that’s free to use and only a 15-minute walk away.
Overall, I have great memories of the coliving 🙂

I've had a great experience living here. The rent is affordable, and the location is very convenient, with everything I need close by. The tenants are friendly, and the staff is always helpful and approachable. If you're looking for a place that's easy on the budget and offers a welcoming community, this is a great choice! 💖

Stayed at the coliving for more than 1.5 years. I've only seen it get better and better my entire time there. It has allowed me to save money that I can devote towards my artistic pursuits, and it also gives access to office and studio space. So much is nearby as well. The location truly is a prime location in downtown Los Angeles.
The dorm rooms here are cozy and community-focused, perfect for creatives like myself. They're clean and well-designed, making it a great choice for an artsy living experience!
Very clean, free food throughout the month, and close to everything in the downtown area.
