Leases are month to month. We only require you to give a 30-day notice before vacating.
Rooms are rented furnished or non-furnished at no additional cost to you.
Beds start at $645/month plus a flat $55/month utilities & services fee, and wave goodbye to deposit hassles. 💰 Whether you book directly with us or through http://Booking.com , you'll snag the same amazing rate.
You can take advantage of Rhino Partner Portal (sayrhino.com) or TheGuarantors for people who need to pay the deposit but can’t afford it because it’s a double deposit since their credit score is low, or they just prefer not to pay a deposit then they can use the platforms.
