I liked the location, but I found the space neglected and poorly maintained. Cleanliness and upkeep need improvement.

I liked the concept, but the bed felt unstable and the pillows were oversized. The Wi-Fi didn't reach my room — it didn't even reach reception and only worked in the coworking area. The area around this coliving felt isolated and dark at night.

I booked this property because I wanted the advertised co-living experience, but on arrival I was placed in the hotel section instead of the co-living accommodation shown in the listing. As a result, I didn't experience the community atmosphere that influenced my decision to book. During my stay I experienced several issues, including unreliable Wi-Fi and because I work remotely, the unreliable internet significantly affected my ability to work, I contacted the property several times regarding these concerns but felt communication and responses were slow. An alternative room was only offered several days after my initial complaint, by which time I had already arranged alternative accommodation. I left after one week of a four-week booking. On a positive note, the location was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and I always felt safe in the neighbourhood.

Excellent coliving in the city, I have returned every year for the past 12 years with my family. It is super central and located in the best part of a popular neighborhood.
