Excellent coliving to visit for a weekend.

The room was comfortable; it provided what we needed to rest.
There was air conditioning, although it did not cool the room. That was our fault for not reporting it.
The coliving is very pleasant; the staff were very kind and attentive, and the location is good — very close to the historic center.

We went to a rock concert at a concert venue, and afterwards we walked back in the early morning. It's super central to everything. Very comfortable and tidy

Many thanks to the staff for supporting us throughout our entire stay there. The truth is we felt at home from the moment we all arrived. They were very kind. Very attentive. The welcome was very warm for us, since they had their anniversary party and we were able to meet and socialize with other guests from day 1. It was also very helpful that we could check in online. The online check-in is enabled and we practically went straight to rest in our room, which was in very good condition. Everything was very tidy, clean, and above all it was very hot in the city—we had just eaten birria, so we appreciated the AC a lot. And yes, it's wonderful to have air conditioning available in the room for a price of $600, which is what we paid for the night. The truth is that few colivings in the area give you air conditioning at that price, so it's very much appreciated. The next day we were able to go to the markets. There is one a couple of blocks away where they say the tortas ahogadas were invented. A friend took us to the bicycle tortas ahogadas, which are supposedly the first, and honestly they were very, very good—the bread was delicious, everything was running smoothly. The area felt quite safe and the amenities that the coliving has also make it very convenient. In terms of value for money, there is a coworking room with a gym, and you can wash your own clothes because there is a laundromat. You can get fast food deliveries, etc., and the receptionists will receive them for you so you can simply pick them up or stop by to get them. Overall, the place is appreciated, and we will return soon and see you there, friends. Thank you very much for everything.

We really enjoyed the experience of staying in the city center, specifically in the neighborhood, since it is a very authentic area, surrounded by markets, historic sites, and good food — honestly, everything was within walking distance, whether to go to the historic center or to the promenade. Some places we could reach in 5 minutes on foot, or go eat birria at a nearby birria spot that reception highly recommended, and it was all really great. Three of us ate for $500 and had a very filling meal. The coliving has a very cool concept, somewhere between long-stay coliving and short-stay coliving accommodation, which allows you to interact in 12 different spaces with two types of people — travelers or residents — and build community among everyone, since there are activities like outings to cafés and bars and movie nights. It is also very convenient that there is a coworking room where I could have my remote meetings and connect my laptop to ethernet, since it is designed for a wired connection that is more stable and faster. That is really a great plus that not all colivings have and it is particularly helpful to me; it helps me a lot to know and be sure that I will have a stable connection during my work hours. At reception, everyone was very kind; the room, although simple, was very clean and tidy and met the necessities for this type of stay.

We had an excellent experience. We arrived with my family to stay for a weekend, and the truth is that it was quite pleasant. The check-in was very quick; there is an online registration system that makes it very practical. Literally, we arrived and within 5 minutes we were in our room. Everything was very clean and tidy. There were many activities. We went to eat at the market that is quite close. I highly recommend the experience. Additionally, it has kitchens for cooking, so we could make all our meals. We also had the opportunity to do a tequila tasting, which we enjoyed a lot, and near the coliving, there are Oxxo stores and restaurants, all within walking distance.

Excellent for short or long stays.

Congratulations, guys! I really enjoyed the experience in the coliving. The truth is that I had never been in a space like this, and I am quite satisfied with the community atmosphere achieved between long and short stays. I was really surprised since it has the services of coliving but the quality and comfort of kitchens, shared spaces, a gym, or community events for long stays. Also, the spaces were very clean, and I loved the design. Last time, we stayed at another coliving near the center that was much more expensive and had less style and design. The amenities were also 10 out of 10. We really liked that every day we could go to the market with Doña Cristi to eat pozole. In the afternoons, we had a super good package for $60 that included pozole, water, two crispy tacos, and a dessert. Honestly, that market is very helpful since you can have breakfast or lunch there for less than $100, which is very difficult to find in a city like Guadalajara. Overall, I highly recommend this experience, especially for its price, quality, and the area it’s located in, which allows you to authentically know the city of Guadalajara while also being close to neighborhoods like Americana or the Andador Alcalde, which you can reach in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
