Nora Coliving

Excellent for short or long stays.

Congratulations, guys! I really enjoyed the experience in the coliving. The truth is that I had never been in a space like this, and I am quite satisfied with the community atmosphere achieved between long and short stays. I was really surprised since it has the services of coliving but the quality and comfort of kitchens, shared spaces, a gym, or community events for long stays. Also, the spaces were very clean, and I loved the design. Last time, we stayed at another coliving near the center that was much more expensive and had less style and design. The amenities were also 10 out of 10. We really liked that every day we could go to the market with Doña Cristi to eat pozole. In the afternoons, we had a super good package for $60 that included pozole, water, two crispy tacos, and a dessert. Honestly, that market is very helpful since you can have breakfast or lunch there for less than $100, which is very difficult to find in a city like Guadalajara. Overall, I highly recommend this experience, especially for its price, quality, and the area it’s located in, which allows you to authentically know the city of Guadalajara while also being close to neighborhoods like Americana or the Andador Alcalde, which you can reach in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

A very nice place with super friendly staff and close to everything in the city. I would return without a doubt.

I stayed in this coliving for several days and the experience was much better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt very cozy and relaxed, something you don't always find in traditional colivings. The design of the place is modern yet comfortable, with well-thought-out spaces to work, rest, and also socialize with other people.

The common areas are definitely one of the strong points. There are spacious areas to work with good internet, zones to relax, and a well-equipped shared kitchen. It's easy to meet interesting people from different places, but at the same time, you have the privacy you need when you want to rest or concentrate.

The rooms are very clean, functional, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell they pay a lot of attention to detail, from the lighting to the organization of the space. Additionally, the staff were always very friendly and willing to help with anything.

The location is also excellent, close to places to eat, walk, and explore the city. Overall, it's a perfect option if you’re looking for something more social and flexible than a traditional coliving, but without losing comfort. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling for work or simply wanting to have a different experience.
