We attract a mix of remote workers, creatives, small business owners, and travelers who value both independence and genuine connection. Most residents stay for several weeks or months, finding balance between focused work and relaxed tuscan living.
Our community thrives on open conversations and spontaneous collaboration. It’s common to see guests cooking together in the evenings, helping each other with projects, or joining weekend trips to nearby villages.
We’re building a slow-living coliving community that encourages meaningful friendships and respect for nature. Life here follows the rhythm of the countryside — working during the day, sharing food and stories at night, and learning from one another.

The property is located just outside Peccioli, a charming medieval village recently awarded Borgo dei Borghi 2024 – one of the most beautiful small towns in Italy. Peccioli combines timeless Tuscan beauty with a vibrant local spirit. Residents can enjoy weekly farmers’ markets, wine tastings, and art exhibitions hosted in the historic center. The village is known for its contemporary art installations and the Palazzo Senza Tempo, a restored palace that blends ancient architecture with modern design.
Nature lovers can take scenic walks through olive groves and vineyards, join local truffle or olive harvests, or cycle along the gentle hills towards nearby villages like Lajatico (home of Andrea Bocelli’s Teatro del Silenzio) and Volterra, famous for its Etruscan heritage.
For a day trip, Pisa, Florence, and the coast are all within an hour’s drive.
Evenings at this place often end with shared pizza nights, a glass of local wine, and the quiet sound of the countryside—a reminder that slow living is a luxury worth experiencing.
