The property is located just outside Peccioli, a charming medieval village recently awarded Borgo dei Borghi 2024 – one of the most beautiful small towns in Italy. Peccioli combines timeless Tuscan beauty with a vibrant local spirit. Residents can enjoy weekly farmers’ markets, wine tastings, and art exhibitions hosted in the historic center. The village is known for its contemporary art installations and the Palazzo Senza Tempo, a restored palace that blends ancient architecture with modern design.
Nature lovers can take scenic walks through olive groves and vineyards, join local truffle or olive harvests, or cycle along the gentle hills towards nearby villages like Lajatico (home of Andrea Bocelli’s Teatro del Silenzio) and Volterra, famous for its Etruscan heritage.
