I would give this place 3.5 stars but we cant give half stars. Great people, good location for actors close to most of the studios. Real easy to find a parking spot close to the apartment. The "artist" room got the job done for auditions. Material is there to shoot self-tapes. The sound-proof room is great. Reasons for not giving 5 stars: Although we did have cleaning personal 2-3 times a week, the sink was always dirty as some people didnt wash their dishes. I know this isnt the tenants fault per se but someone should enforce cleanliness in the house. Cooking utensils as e.g. aluminium foils were missing and some material is rusty or broken e.g. broken pans. I think this place could easily get 4 stars if the above were fixed. The management is friendly.
