I ran across a coliving when looking for a coliving in the area. It’s premium priced for a coliving (about 2.5x, but in my view, well worth it). In fact, I signed up for a 30-day stay and plan to make this my home.

There are a few reasons I made this decision. (1) location. Gym, beach, good food, all in walking distance. (2) excellent value for a 1 month/multi month stay (3) family/community. The people here make this very special. It’s what I needed/was looking for. Thank you!

I'm a very picky person, and I was pleasantly surprised by how up to par this place is compared to a five-star experience I recently had. Coliving situations are usually just dirty with weird vibes and low energy, but this place is the complete opposite. It has a higher sense of quality energy, and I love it here! There’s an unspoken sense of privacy and consideration for quietness, and everyone just flows together.

The thing I love the most is that it is clean! The common areas, the kitchen, and the living room are spacious and comfortable. This place is a great investment in both monetary and energetic terms. Thank you for creating such an environment where I can just relax, breathe, and have peace of mind about where I'm going to rest for a month.

I found the check-in process to be easy, the common areas nice and clean, and the bedrooms quiet.

This is a lovely place in a great neighborhood in Venice. It's close to everything: shops, restaurants, and the beach. If you're traveling solo, this place is very convenient as you'll meet many like-minded people. It has a large and nice kitchen, workspaces, and a fantastic view from the roof. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a great stay here. The place is spacious with a big kitchen, living room, outdoor spaces, and a rooftop. The pod was all I needed to sleep. It was a bit tricky with only one bathroom for showering in the room, but it wasn't terribly crowded during my stay, so I didn't have to wait too much. I'll definitely stay here every time I visit!

I’ve traveled a lot over the years, and this is by far the best spot I’ve stayed. There’s so much space to chill, read, work, rest, and cook—whatever you need. Everything is incredibly clean and all amenities are brand new. The kitchen is fantastic, fully equipped with everything you could possibly require.

Everyone here is respectful and kind, creating a wonderful environment. The beds are extremely comfortable, clean, new, and offer a lot of privacy. There’s a hot tub and a rooftop with a jacuzzi, which I really enjoyed. The location is also very convenient. I loved everything about it, even the decoration is delightful!
