I really don't have anything to complain about. Great service, big room, and a very nice swimming pool. The restaurant on the 7th floor was beyond my expectations. I will definitely come back and stay here next time.

Pro:
This place is still new, clean, and tidy. The shower can be as hot as you want and is very strong. The pool is beautiful with an excellent city sunset view. The service at the front desk is warm and welcoming. The hanger rack on the balcony is convenient. The mattress is firm and comfy; it makes me not want to leave the bed. The internet is truly high-speed quality, perfect for video calls or working. The location is near local food, a night market, a top hospital, and not far from the old town.

Con:
The walls and ceiling are not soundproof, so you can clearly hear neighbors talking or people walking upstairs. The air conditioner display light cannot be turned off, so you will have a bright light all night long. There is no phone in the room to reach out to reception, which is annoying if you don’t have a local SIM card. There is an app available, but I don't want to download an app at every place I stay.

All the service staff here are very kind and friendly. I like this place and recommend it to everyone! 🌟

The receptionists here are great, and the hospitality is exceptional, especially from Air, Panny, Hong, Orn, and Nong.

The facilities here are great and the breakfast is delicious. The coworking space was extremely helpful throughout my stay. I was able to focus and get a lot of work done. Everything here is amazing - the cleanliness, the tranquility, the view, the interaction, and the pool view. Even the location is great, close to the Shilfa Market.

I've been staying here for a week and decided to extend for another two weeks. There's only one problem: I'm in Block C, and to smoke, I have to walk in the rain to Block B because that's where the ashtrays are! It's a huge inconvenience, and I end up soaked every time I go out. Why can't there be an ashtray in the parking area of Block C?

The place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. My favorite part is the rooftop pool with a 360-degree view. The fitness center is top-notch with all the equipment you could need. Parking is also sufficient. There is a coworking space available for guests to use at any time.
