We stayed at a Junior Suite for three nights and had a great experience. Although we booked a family suite, we were upgraded to a junior suite right next to the pool, which made access very convenient.
The coliving had a lovely atmosphere, and nearby attractions like Andamanda Water Park, the beach, Phuket old town, boat rides, and the night market were easy to reach. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. We had a small issue connecting the TV to YouTube/Netflix, but it wasn’t a big deal.
The views from the coliving and pool were beautiful. Overall, highly recommended for a calm and relaxing family stay.
Pleasant coliving, we did not regret choosing it. Modern, located a bit far from attractions. If you need a coliving to swim at the beach every day, this is not your option; you need to look on the left side of Phuket.
The room was clean, but we had only two drawbacks:
- Noisy air conditioning, which had a bright light that couldn't be turned off. It shone too brightly. There was no night mode.
- We had the "Cool Studio" room on the first floor, which faced directly onto the reception. Because of that, we couldn't open the curtains since everyone peeked in, and there was a bench right in front of our room where people often sat and chatted, bothering us.
- The room was VERY dark even during the day when the sun was shining brightly; we had to keep turning on the light. This was due to plants outside blocking sunlight, and the windows faced a narrow courtyard.
Everything else was great, pleasant pool (the water was not cold), which seemed to operate all night. It was nice to have a swim at 9 PM. Pool towels can be taken from the poolside. The area is not noisy, and there is an excellent large night market 10-15 minutes walking distance. The kitchenette was a nice surprise. There is a café in the coliving (we did not visit it).
The staff were amazing; they were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at home. Please keep this amazing team.

Very good and clean coliving. Staff was very friendly, especially the best. Always friendly, helped us with check-in and everything. Would recommend and definitely come back!

We found the "in town" location to be ideal.
If you are looking to be on the beach in the middle of the tourist area then this is not the choice for you (but is exactly the reason we chose this coliving).
