Nice quiet coliving located by the river.

Had a great time. The staff is amazing. I spent two weeks, and at the end, it was actually difficult to leave. Because of the coliving focus, it tends to attract really great people too. It's a very chill location, if a bit isolated, but I liked it that way.
Overall, great experience.

I had such a lovely stay here! The staff truly made me feel at home from day one—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is friendly and cozy. The only small downside is that the kitchen could use a few more utensils, but overall, an amazing experience!
I've been there 15 days working and enjoying the Floripa's environment, and everything was great. The coliving service makes you feel at home, and the coworking space is optimal for working.
This is my favorite coliving. It's very quiet, perfect for coworking, and the space is huge and comfortable. The kitchen and common areas are also very spacious and comfortable. It's located by the river, so you can sunbathe there. The people who choose this place tend to be focused or prefer to live and share together. If you're not a big party person, this is a great place for you. Note that you need to label your personal food items; if left unlabeled in the common areas, they will disappear after a few hours.

The coliving is very cool, the staff and volunteers are very kind. The location is on the opposite side of the canal, so you need to walk to get to the main street and catch buses to the beaches, but it is not a difficult or dangerous walk. The coworking space is amazing and the kitchen is great!!!! I recommend it for those seeking tranquility.
