The coliving is very cool, the staff and volunteers are very kind. The location is on the opposite side of the canal, so you need to walk to get to the main street and catch buses to the beaches, but it is not a difficult or dangerous walk. The coworking space is amazing and the kitchen is great!!!! I recommend it for those seeking tranquility.
I liked the volunteers and the house a lot. The house is clean. The kitchen is small, but the patio is quite pleasant for resting and chatting with the guests who are generally nice as well.
Beautiful lawn where I read a great book from the library. Coliving with great mattresses, a room with air conditioning and basic structure. Huge lawn where I read a romance from the coliving library. The manager welcomed me warmly, taught me slacklining, and takes care of the environment in a friendly manner! Very good vibe.
I left wanting to return. What a place of peace, what a nice group of people! Coliving by the canal of the lagoon, with a vibe of productivity and many digital nomads. I spent calm and productive days. The person in charge is kind and dedicated. The house is large and airy. The coworking space has a beautiful view and there's a small market at the reception.
Great vibe, always organized, and the team is super helpful. I felt at home.
Floripa is great, but it was a bit crowded in the rooms.
In just a day and a half of coliving, I judged that there is no management or that some guests manage things on their own, perhaps in return for their stay. Period with many close-knit guests.

I liked the coliving very much; the structure is good.
The manager and the volunteers are nice, and the location is close to the beach. Even with the coliving full, the bathrooms were always clean, the air conditioning works very well, and the room has curtains on the beds, which makes everything more comfortable.
I also did an amazing hike organized by the coliving, with several incredible photos. The coliving offers various activities throughout the week.
