Gli spazi comuni comprendono una cucina attrezzata, una sala coworking, una chill room, un fienile multifunzionale, tanto spazio all'aperto (dalla porta d'ingresso si accede direttamente al bosco!). A Tertulia troverete una piccola comunità dinamica di persone che la pensano come voi e vi sentirete presto a casa. Sperimenterete il benessere (cibo, stile di vita all'aria aperta) e il contatto diretto con la natura e le piante. Lavorare a contatto con le piante, con gli alberi, dà potere alla produttività, alla creatività, alla riduzione dello stress.

I loved everything at the host! From the house to the views, the atmosphere, the people I met, our time together (aperitivo, meals, hikes, outings, etc.), the region and our hosts. I had travelled to Italy before, but this time I truly fell in love with the place and its people.

The host is a beautiful, peaceful place with stunning views surrounded by nature and rolling hills. The villa has so much history you can find in every door and around every corner. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.There's a real understanding of co-living at the host. It's not just about working together or sharing amenities - there are communal dinners each night, daily activities you can join, and you can even help out with some projects around the property if you feel like it.Listening to the hosts share their life stories will be a favorite memory.I 100% recommend the host to everyone. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

I stayed for one week in June and had a great experience! The property was very spacious and had incredible views of the sunset over the rolling hills. Plenty of space for alone time if you wanted, and also a nice community of people. We went to a waterfall and enjoyed an aperitivo together on a Saturday, which was so much fun. Great place to work remotely and connect with others! Would definitely stay again (and for a longer period of time).

I was looking to get away from my busy life in the city and take a small peaceful break. This place was it.The host has built this place in an indescribable way. You can only feel it. I am not a digital nomad, but I would love to live here for a longer time. Whoever I met was nice enough to cook food together, share our thoughts, support each other, and also lift each other up.Sunset is the highlight of the property. Every day, every second of the day you will be mesmerised by the view.When I arrived there, the whole week was full of community activities. But I got plenty of time to work on myself, my projects, and also sit watching the sky for hours.I wish nothing but the best for anyone who comes across this place, and also to the hosts for making people feel welcome.

I spent almost two months at the host's place this spring and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and immersed in nature, and with the people who were there with me a truly warm, familiar, and pleasant atmosphere was created. The hosts are very pleasant and passionate. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try a living experience different from the norm, slower and more human.

What a gift this place is—one that the host and their family have created and continue to care for so many people. The place itself, together with the surrounding nature, is beautiful and offers endless opportunities for exploration and creativity.

This place is absolutely magic, I feel so grateful to have had the chance to go there. The host and all the amazing people who were there made me feel at home since the moment I arrived. We bonded really easily and shared beautiful moments together, from cozy dinners to hikes. The animals are special, the landscape wide and peaceful, and I already can't wait to go back!

Amazing place! Shared dinners with the same people every day made me feel at home. The place is well managed and has lovely surroundings (the view from the hill!). It's relatively remote, so it's really calm, but some activity was happening every day :). I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back. Everyone is so nice, and the farm and the nature are beautiful. You really are welcomed into the family. Great place to connect and meet likeminded people and also to work remotely.

The memories I made here are some of the most precious ones. This coliving is a magical place that attracts very open-hearted people. If you want to, you can learn a lot about permaculture and coliving. The community manager was so helpful with whatever you needed. You can eat very locally and get in touch with people from that region. It feels like home 🌞
