Set up your payout method
Before your first payout can be released, you need to connect a payout method. Budget about 10 minutes plus a 1–2 business day check.
Supported methods
- Bank transfer — via Hyperwallet. Supports SEPA, ACH (US), and other local bank rails depending on country.
- PayPal — supported in most markets.
- Stripe — payouts via Stripe Connect in supported markets.
The exact list available to you depends on your country and is shown in your wallet when you add a method.
How to add a method
- Go to Wallet → Payouts → Payout methods.
- Click Add payout method.
- Pick the method type.
- Fill in the account details. The account holder name must match your verified identity (or registered company name for business hosts).
- Submit.
Most details are validated instantly. Some checks take 1–2 business days.
Common issues
- Account holder name doesn't match identity — most common cause of rejection. Either correct the spelling or update your account identity to match.
- Bank rejected the transfer — your bank may block international or business transfers; call them.
- Currency mismatch — if your payout currency differs from your bank account currency, your bank will convert at their own rates.
Switching methods
You can add multiple methods. The active method is the one you've selected for payouts. Payouts already in flight to a previous account complete to that account.

Q: Do I need a business bank account if I host as a company? A: Yes. The account holder must match the registered company name.
Q: Can payouts split across multiple accounts? A: No. One active payout account at a time.
Q: My country isn't supported. A: Try one of the alternative methods (PayPal often works where bank doesn't). If none fit, contact support.
Q: How do I remove a payout method? A: From Payouts → Payout methods, click the method → Remove. If it's currently active, set another as active first.
