The property is divided into two spaces. There is space for three people in the front and six more in the back. The rooms have different characteristics from a single room for students that usually stay between 4 to 6 months to a loft of 60m2. There are shared gardens, and the kitchen is also shared. The compound has surveillance 24 hours, all week long.

Our community is very calm and mixed; some people are young professionals and students from different universities in Mexico City. We generally speak Spanish, but most of us also speak English. We have people from the US, France, Bolivia and Mexico. We have been in the market for almost 10 years, and many of the people that have stayed with us are from Europe.

It's worth taking a walk down Francisco Sosa, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the central part of Coyoacán, to visit this historic neighborhood. Sit and relax in the Santa Catarina square or have a drink at the Aurelia restaurant inside the Casa de Cultura Jesús Reyes Heroles.
