The rooms have different characteristics from a single room for students that usually stay between 4 to 6 months to a loft of 60m2. There are shared gardens, and the kitchen is also shared. Our community is very calm and mixed; some people are professionals and students from different universities in Mexico City. We generally speak Spanish, but most of us also speak English. We have people from the US, France, Bolivia and Mexico. We have been in the market for almost 10 years, and many of the people that have stayed with us are from Europe.

The Santa Catarina neighborhood, along with the Carmen area, is considered part of the Historic Center of Coyoacán. The famous neighborhood where Frida Kahlo´s house is located. Surrounded by streets full of trees and parks. This area attracted artists, writers, and historians, so it has always been known for its cultural activity. It's worth taking a walk down Francisco Sosa, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the central part of Coyoacán, to visit this historic neighborhood. Sit and relax in the Santa Catarina square or have a drink at the Aurelia restaurant inside the Casa de Cultura Jesús Reyes Heroles.

Many services are within walking distance of supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants. Also, you can find various museums, cultural centers, and traditional markets full of folklore and Mexican history.

- Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
- We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

- It's a house, mainly, but you can use different spaces for working.
- Young professionals and international students.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

- Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- No, for security purposes no guests are allowed. Strictly no guests overnight.
  If a family member will be visiting you, please contact management for the proper arrangements.
- It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
- The common areas come fully furnished.
  Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
  You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
- No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
  There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
- Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week.
  We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.

- Yes, Los Danzantes is pretty well known in the city. And in Oasis Shopping Mall, you can find Argentinean, Japanese, and Mexican. In San Angel, close by, are San Angel Inn and La Taberna del Leon, also an institution in Mexico. Alvista Street has other good ones with international and sea food.
- Yes, we are located within walking distance of Miguel Angel de Quevedo subway station and Metrobus La Bombilla.
- 45 minutes by Uber to Benito Juarez Airport, Mexico City.
- Cinema in walking distance, Cineteca Nacional with alternative and art movies. There are more than 10 museums around. Walking in the neighborhood is delightful. There are many coffee shops if you feel like exploring, and good bread is available in bakeries around. The campus of UNAM is 10 minutes by Uber, and you have there all the cultural activities that you can imagine for really low prices. Dance, ballet, live music, contemporary art museums, theater, more cinemas, concerts, etc.
