There is no need to worry about lugging heavy bags up to the top floor; our property comes equipped with a convenient elevator that ensures effortless movement throughout the building.
Our apartment offers a total of 5 double-sized rooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and privacy. The entire property has been completely renovated to meet the highest standards of comfort and luxury.
The five double rooms share three modernly furnished bathrooms, which ensures that every one and a quarter individuals have their own bathroom space. Additionally, one of the double rooms have their own private balconies that offer breathtaking views of the nearby neighborhoods.
Our kitchen, lounge, and dining room have been designed to foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to come together with other residents. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and ample counter space to cater to all your culinary needs. The lounge and dining room area provide a spacious and comfortable place for residents to socialize, relax, and enjoy their meals.
We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized living space, which is why we provide storage space to meet the resident's needs. This ensures that the apartment is always well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing to its residents.
Our building has a permanent porter every day who is available to assist residents with any queries or issues that may arise. Our porter ensures that the residents feel safe and secure throughout their stay at our property.

Al momento del check-out è previsto un costo di pulizia una tantum di 35 euro.
Eventuali spese di bonifico bancario o di società di riscossione per la restituzione del deposito cauzionale e del deposito di utilità sono a carico dell'inquilino.
