Soggiorno minimo: 1 meseCompletely renovated apartment in one of the best and most convenient areas of Barcelona, just a few meters from Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Universitat, connected with lines 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7, bus and cab stations, and all the services you can imagine just a short walk away.
The flat features:
It has 8 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; all rooms have very comfortable beds, bedside tables, desks for teleworking or studying, mirrors, and heating.
We can help you obtain any kind of visa, NIE, empadronamiento, etc. as an extra service (only for stays of a minimum of three months).
Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.
Please Note:
Check-ins outside our regular working hours are subject to an additional fee.
Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €50
On holidays or between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM: €90
This is just to ensure everything is clear and transparent before your arrival.

All of our apartments are mixed, meaning you'll share the space with both male and female housemates.
