Completely renovated apartment in one of the best and most convenient areas of Barcelona, just a few meters from Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Universitat, connected with lines 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7, bus and cab stations, and all the services you can imagine just a short walk away.

It has 8 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; all rooms have very comfortable beds, bedside tables, desks for teleworking or studying, mirrors, and heating.

We can help you obtain any kind of visa, NIE, empadronamiento, etc. as an extra service (only for stays of a minimum of three months).

Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

Check-ins outside our regular working hours are subject to an additional fee.

On holidays or between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM: €90

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Yes, couples are welcome to share a room, and you’re free to split the rent with your partner or a friend. Just keep in mind that there’s an additional cost for double occupancy, which is already detailed in each apartment description.

Is there a designated space for work?

Every room includes a spacious desk, giving you a cozy spot to work, study, or focus on whatever matters most to you. As part of our community, you’ll also enjoy discounted access to a coworking space in the Les Corts neighborhood, and also discounts on third-party coworking spaces.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

What information do I need to supply for the application?

Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide us with your details and accept our terms and conditions.

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

Yes, signing a contract is part of our process to ensure a smooth stay. It helps clarify the terms and conditions, making everything clear for everyone involved.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?

We aim to return your security deposit within 32 days after your contract ends. However, if your contract ends in January, February, July, or August, it might take up to 67 days due to bimonthly utility bills. If there are any outstanding payments or damages, those will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding!
