The property is a 9-bedroom home with 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a co-working space that is shared by all tenants of the house.
The house is a few blocks from Downtown Berkeley Bart & UC Berkeley. It is walking distance to restaurants, stores, & theaters. Co-living and co-working spaces are shared. General cleaning is done by professional cleaners.
We handle all apartment amenities, kitchen, and bathroom essentials, and more! All you need to bring with you are your personal items, and we will handle the rest.

Our home is designed to offer private spaces without losing a sense of community. It is located near downtown Berkeley and has quick Bart access to reach the rest of the Bay Area and all that it offers. Tenants can enjoy access to a shared kitchen on each floor, fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, rice cooker, and other essentials.
In our kitchens, we also provide plates, bowls, pots, pans, flatware, and cooking utensils for our tenants' use. We also offer a shared living room/community space with TV, a co-working area, dining areas, study areas, and a living space for socializing.
GUEST ACCESS
All tenants have access to the first floor living room/community space, the three bathrooms, the co-working space/study area, and the kitchen. Our Living and Work Spaces can transition from a peaceful and quiet space to read a book or write a paper to a fun place to chat, play cards, or watch a movie with friends!
Equipped with a couch and seating areas, a smart TV, and quick access to the kitchen area, our living spaces could become your next hangout or study spot. Each room is leased individually and therefore are private spaces that need tenant approval to enter. Common spaces such as the living room and dining areas are accessible to all tenants.
AMENITIES
We provide WiFi, high-speed internet, a flat-screen TV with Roku, complimentary Netflix, and streaming services. The utility fee covers electricity and gas, water, heat, trash removal, sewer, complete kitchen, dining, and bathroom amenities, administrative service fees, apartment association fees, apartment maintenance, and more.

This home is located in a quiet but lively area in downtown Berkeley. It is just a few blocks from Downtown Berkeley Bart and two blocks from UC Berkeley's Southside campus. The cross street is Shattuck Ave., which offers access to many restaurants, stores, and shops! Located in arguably the best part of Berkeley, it is close to downtown Berkeley, where you can shop, go to the theater, take a 10-minute walk to the UC Berkeley campus, and hop on the BART to visit San Francisco and other parts of the Bay Area.
