Great apartments with coliving spaces and reliable internet. Views are killer!

Great place to live! Really enjoyed it.

This is a quiet house on a hill with amazing views of the ocean to wake up to.
Breezy open spaces but also closed working area with air conditioning that is great for getting work done during the day.
You need to rent an ATV or get some transport, definitely don't want to walk up and down the hill more than once.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafes once you get to the main street.
It was fun catching up from people from Playa as well.
Getting here is a bit more involved than usual but worth it just for the views. I'd recommend getting small plane to Tambor, then ask the community manager to arrange transport ($65)to the property.

If you're hoping to feel like part of a like-minded community - this would be a perfect way. You can be as involved as you want but be sure there's always someone around who would love to hang out, go out after work, or join you for a road trip on the weekend.
So you're just a walk away from most places, perfect for a stroll if you're undecided. The coliving area is in the same building - so it's perfect to pop back up to your room for a break or a call you need to have. The coffee there is great too.
You also have a helpful community manager there to assist, who's always very responsive and caring.

After traveling to Mexico and Costa Rica for a month I landed here to work remotely. The house is gorgeous! During the day most housemates are working so it's quiet and easy to focus and get some work done. You can be as social as you want with the rest of the house. There's always someone to grab dinner with or have a glass of wine with while the sun sets. I look forward to returning to this house and exploring other houses in the future.

My partner and I spent 1 month at this coliving in January and had an amazing experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to sleep, eat, and work. They also kindly went above and beyond to help us with everything from transportation, to activities, to food recommendations.

The best part for us was definitely meeting the other people in the coliving. Everyone was so fun and easy to connect with, and we had a great time cooking and exploring together. Ultimately a fantastic experience that we’d recommend to anyone.

Very walkable location. The coliving area is amazing. The space is well-designed. Overall great stay!

The best part of my stay was being a stone's throw from cafes, with great coffee, food, and a good spot to work from w backup wifi if something in the house wasn't working properly. Great vibe!

What a PARADISE! The location is incredible, and still a very relaxed atmosphere for digital nomads. So happy I found this place!
