Outsite’s vision is to offer a way for people to experience the work/life integration of our generation craves with a global infrastructure that mixes physical spaces and online communities to facilitate the nomadic lifestyle.
Access to coliving/coworking spaces, a community of interesting people and leading experts and services to facilitate this emerging lifestyle form the base of our offering.
Currently, Outsite has 28 spaces in locations both in the USA and internationally, ranging from jungle villas and beachfront apartments to mountain hideaways and urban homes-from-home.
To best serve our customers, each Outsite features the right amenities and design to make each stay as productive, restorative, social, or fun as you desire.

This place is simply wonderful. The spacious kitchen naturally serves as the social hub, helping me make many new friends. I'm very thankful to Estefania, our community manager, and the housekeeping team for all their efforts. My room was perfect, though I noticed some other rooms weren't as nice. The only downside was the occasional lack of hot water during peak times, so I had to shower at off-peak hours to enjoy warm water. Regardless, I'm looking forward to returning!
I have been looking for a service like this for a while. The usual places just weren’t cutting it anymore while working remote. The place in Manila was in an amazing location and Estefanía was great as well! The rooms were cozy and had AC too. Definitely will be booking again.

Beautiful and cozy place with a great community! Here you have everything you need for a great stay and the location is perfect! Definitely recommended! :)
This is a quiet house on a hill with amazing views of the ocean to wake up to.
Breezy open spaces but also closed working area with air conditioning that is great for getting work done during the day.
You need to rent an ATV or get some transport, definitely don't want to walk up and down the hill more than once.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafes once you get to the main street.
It was fun catching up from people from Playa as well.
Getting here is a bit more involved than usual but worth it just for the views. I'd recommend getting small plane to Tambor, then ask the community manager to arrange transport ($65)to the property.
If you're hoping to feel like part of a like-minded community - this would be a perfect way. You can be as involved as you want but be sure there's always someone around who would love to hang out, go out after work, or join you for a road trip on the weekend.
So you're just a walk away from most places, perfect for a stroll if you're undecided. The coliving area is in the same building - so it's perfect to pop back up to your room for a break or a call you need to have. The coffee there is great too.
You also have a helpful community manager there to assist, who's always very responsive and caring.
Having visited multiple colivings, I have to say that this coliving is up there with the best. The spaces are thoughtfully crafted, the place is very well located, and there's a real sense of community.
After traveling to Mexico and Costa Rica for a month I landed here to work remotely. The house is gorgeous! During the day most housemates are working so it's quiet and easy to focus and get some work done. You can be as social as you want with the rest of the house. There's always someone to grab dinner with or have a glass of wine with while the sun sets. I look forward to returning to this house and exploring other houses in the future.
Super nice experience. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The location and views were perfect to work and relax! I hope to come back very soon!
