It is undoubtedly a suitable place for anyone who wishes to come to Argentina to study. The neighbors are extremely respectful, and the administrator performs impeccably. I have almost never had problems with the services, and whenever it has occurred, it gets resolved very quickly. The internet is individual for each coliving, which ensures it always works well and is fast. The air conditioning units are in very good condition, and the place is generally always very clean.

El equipo de alquiler es la leche, súper confiables! El departamento está amplio, luminoso y recién limpio, con luz natural que se mete de sobra y todas las instalaciones en perfecto estado. La estada es de lo más cómoda, y si tenés algún problema después de mudarte, responden en un santiamén. Tanto el servicio como la calidad de la propiedad son 10 puntos, ¡totalmente recomendados!

Very nice place to live together, with many spaces to create new experiences. It is very clean and organized, the area where it is located is super safe and has various shops and bus stops around it.

When I arrived in Argentina, I didn't know anyone, and this coliving place was the one that opened the doors for me to meet incredible people. From the first day, I felt very welcomed; the atmosphere is warm, fun, and full of good energy. Thanks to this place, I was able to make friends, share unique moments, and discover many of the beautiful things that Buenos Aires has to offer. Without a doubt, it's a space that I would recommend to anyone looking to have a good time and feel part of a great community.

I've been living here since February 14, 2025, in a coliving space in Palermo. The place is incredible, very well located, clean, organized, and the cleaning is good. What I highlight the most is the manager, who is very attentive, always at our disposal, kind, and responsible. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are from outside, as you get to meet people.

It is a very chill place, with all new equipment, clean. In addition, the caretaker is very responsible and kind, attentive to all our needs.

Super comfortable coliving, the bed is a 10, with plenty of storage space in the room, very good location, close to the subway, there is a bakery, greengrocer, and butcher on the same block, two grocery stores (next door and across the street) and a 24-hour pharmacy across the street. I highly recommend it!!
