The facilities are very well equipped and make the stay very comfortable. The room was always clean, cozy, and had everything needed to feel at ease. Additionally, the location is very convenient, with shops, supermarkets, and transport nearby.

An excellent, cozy place with first-class services, the atmosphere is comfortable and encourages unforgettable experiences with incredible people. There may be technical issues, yes, but as in any place, attention to those problems was always immediate.

I was lucky to arrive at this host's place and find a warm, organized coliving and very good people; I formed very nice bonds.

As a foreign student, what I was looking for was a practical apartment and a fair rent. I found, through the host, a beautiful little corner, well located and without the long bureaucratic procedures/exorbitant costs that we commonly see around here.

Moreover, even more important than that, I feel that I found a home and friends (neighbors and everyone who works for the host).

That's why I've already been here almost 6 months and plan to stay longer.

First of all, I appreciate the humanity of this place, especially that of the host. A wonderful person and in charge of everything, they always sought ways to help efficiently, humanely, and quickly.
The place is very comfortable, spacious, and bright. It has minor issues you can expect from any other building since these are things that can happen, but I never had major problems during my stay because most things are in very good condition and very functional, in addition to the location, which is close to everything.

I would choose this place again and I am grateful for all the time I spent there.

It is undoubtedly a suitable place for anyone who wishes to come to Argentina to study. The neighbors are extremely respectful, and the administrator performs impeccably. I have almost never had problems with the services, and whenever it has occurred, it gets resolved very quickly. The internet is individual for each coliving, which ensures it always works well and is fast. The air conditioning units are in very good condition, and the place is generally always very clean.

El equipo de alquiler es la leche, súper confiables! El departamento está amplio, luminoso y recién limpio, con luz natural que se mete de sobra y todas las instalaciones en perfecto estado. La estada es de lo más cómoda, y si tenés algún problema después de mudarte, responden en un santiamén. Tanto el servicio como la calidad de la propiedad son 10 puntos, ¡totalmente recomendados!

Very nice place to live together, with many spaces to create new experiences. It is very clean and organized, the area where it is located is super safe and has various shops and bus stops around it.
