Coti helped me a lot from the beginning. I felt at peace due to the location and the treatment I received from the people here.
I'm currently at this coliving space, and the people I've met here are great. The rooms are clean, which I appreciate. However, the kitchen has an issue since some guests don't clean up after themselves. Additionally, I've been asking for over a month to fix the air conditioning in my room, but I haven't received any updates. I keep getting told it will be done tomorrow or next week. The rent here isn't cheap, and I'm concerned about the upcoming increases.
I had a good time with the other residents here, and the house manager is attentive and supportive.

The common areas are well-suited for everyone and provide genuine opportunities for sharing moments. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils of varying quality.
The cleaning service is excellent both in the common areas and in the rooms. Whenever there are technical problems, they are quickly addressed.
Lastly, the atmosphere in the residence is fantastic, with wonderful residents from all over the world!
Everything was incredible. I met wonderful people, and Coty, the host, was very attentive to everything we needed. It was such a shame to leave ❤️
I spent six months in Wanna Palermo and it was an incredible experience. The common spaces are modern and comfortable, perfect for socializing and working. A vibrant and dynamic atmosphere is created, with people from different places and a very special energy. The location is excellent and the rooms offer everything needed for a comfortable stay.
