I've been living here since February 14, 2025, in a coliving space in Palermo. The place is incredible, very well located, clean, organized, and the cleaning is good. What I highlight the most is the manager, who is very attentive, always at our disposal, kind, and responsible. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are from outside, as you get to meet people.
It is a very chill place, with all new equipment, clean. In addition, the caretaker is very responsible and kind, attentive to all our needs.
Super comfortable coliving, the bed is a 10, with plenty of storage space in the room, very good location, close to the subway, there is a bakery, greengrocer, and butcher on the same block, two grocery stores (next door and across the street) and a 24-hour pharmacy across the street. I highly recommend it!!

It is a very good place to live. Modern facilities, all services included, it is in a very safe area. The staff always supports the residents. In addition, there are shops, shopping centers, and transport lines nearby. On the other hand, the people who live there are very friendly and supportive. It is a great option for living in the city.

When I arrived in Argentina, I didn't know anyone, and this coliving place was the one that opened the doors for me to meet incredible people. From the first day, I felt very welcomed; the atmosphere is warm, fun, and full of good energy. Thanks to this place, I was able to make friends, share unique moments, and discover many of the beautiful things that Buenos Aires has to offer. Without a doubt, it's a space that I would recommend to anyone looking to have a good time and feel part of a great community.
