Right next to a transit station, a nearby shopping center, and a commercial complex for more shops and choices. This is a vibrant area!
Almost all sorts of shops are here in this place... Food, clothing, bags, shoes — all sorts of shopping one can do here

A mall with clothes shops, Miniso, kopitiam foodcourt, Stuff'd, Burger King, McDonald's, 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken, bun shop and lots more in the mall... 😁

- A couple of vendors, including a pastry vendor, are the most unique things about the mall. There is also a grilled fish, which is unique. Other than that, quite generic
- Crowded on Sundays
I found the neighborhood fairly quiet Monday through Saturday evenings, but Sunday nights are very busy. There’s often singing and dancing at Paya Lebar Square and many people around, including staff.
Had a great experience visiting this shopping center 😊 The mall is clean, convenient, and directly connected to MRT, making it very easy to access. There are plenty of food options, shops, supermarkets, and useful services all in one place. The atmosphere is comfortable and not overly crowded, which makes shopping and dining enjoyable. A nice place to relax, eat, and run daily errands. Highly recommended for families and working professionals in the area!
