Noli Studios

We liked the concept, but as a one-month stay we would have appreciated a different type of accommodation. We had to ask for clean towels since there was no regular housekeeping. Breakfast wasn’t very diverse or particularly healthy. The room was fine overall, but the bed and the bathroom felt quite small. I can imagine this is a great place for longer-term stays. The area is great — close to the city center, lots of restaurants, and Allas sauna & pool is just around the corner.

Very central, especially if you are taking the ferry.

The location of the coliving is very good. The rooms are very nice and functional. You can find everything you need here: an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a heater—I mean, almost everything you'd need in a home. There's a café and bar on the ground floor, and there are some small entertainment options available as well. It also has a lovely lobby and a beautiful terrace. If you are coming to Helsinki, you should definitely consider this place.

Everything was nice, from the common spaces and spa area to the rooftop and location. Special mention for the kitchen equipment, which was very well accessorized for such a small studio. My only concern is about the cleaning of our studio. I also expected to receive a recharge of the honesty corner with coffee and tea every morning. Thank you to the host for being super kind to us!

Glass sliding door in the bathroom that is not soundproof; should know your roommate/travel companion well. Lacks instructions for induction cooktop and microwave/oven. No information about bringing your own towel for the spa/sauna. Fantastic view from the room with the rooftop terrace.

Central location coliving, I would stay there again anytime.

The rooms are absolutely beautifully decorated, they have every amenity possible, and the terrace view is amazing.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It's conveniently located with a short walk to the harbour. We had a beautiful view of the Lutheran cathedral.

Our daughter was happy to have her own bedroom.

There's a nice common kitchen and living room with a TV. We liked the pool table, and the restaurant on the ground floor seemed very popular.

The check-in process was all self-serve and relatively straightforward, albeit somewhat cumbersome.

The coliving was exactly what I needed for this trip. The coliving itself was spacious, and I appreciated the amenities. The view felt magical, and the location was perfect - I couldn’t believe how walkable it was. Staff were also helpful. Overall, my stay was 5/5. I would absolutely return and recommend to others.
