This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Montpellier is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare can be found in the "Hôpitaux - Facultés" neighborhood, in the centre of Montpellier. A lot of public transports, restaurants, shops are located nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fitted kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave, crockery, pans, toaster, kitchen ustensils… The flat also has an ironing board, a clothes rack, a washing machine, an iron.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, water, housing insurance, condominium fees, electricity, household waste tax.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Explore the neighbourhood where this cosy bedroom in an all-inclusive flatshare is located! Hôpitaux - Facultés is one of the most animated and cultural environments in Montpellier. Students and new comers flock to this district to find their new habitat – lots of Universities and higher education institutions are located in the district thus making it one of the most populated areas in the city. The neighbourhood is relatively calm during the day, and comes to life at night with streets bustling with students, bringing colour to the area's nightlife – lots of bars, restaurants, bistros and student parties can be found in this area! The district is a period of transformation: new infrastructures, sport complexes and parks are available in the area. The district is located just outside the hypercentre, and you will be able to get to and from Hôpitaux - Facultés thanks to the tram and bus links available.

Apartment eligible for CAF up to 258€ / month. The CAF for Caisse
d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 690€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
