Welcome to our luxurious female co-living property in the Sarria San Gervasi neighborhood of Barcelona. This five-bedroom apartment is situated on the top floor of a classic Barcelona building and has been completely renovated to a very high standard.

The apartment features four double-sized rooms and a single room, offering a range of options for individuals or groups. Of the four double rooms, one has a private en-suite bathroom, while the other three share two bathrooms with the single room. This means that a maximum of two people can share a bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all residents. Two of the double rooms even have their own private balconies, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the city.

In addition to the bedrooms, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining room, and an accessible roof terrace. There is also a storage room available for residents to use, as well as a porter available every day.

Located in the Sarria San Gervasi neighborhood, this property enjoys numerous transport links, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and the Mercat Galvany market. Welcome to Sarria San Gervasi, one of Barcelona's most sought-after neighborhoods. Our property is located just a stone's throw away from Mercat Galvany, one of the city's most popular markets. This means that residents have access to a wide range of fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and other specialty foods right at their doorstep.

In addition to the market, the immediate area surrounding the property features three supermarkets, four pharmacies, and numerous cafes and restaurants. Whether you're looking for a quick bite to eat or a gourmet dining experience, you're sure to find something to suit your taste.

For those who need to get around, the Muntaner train station is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to other parts of the city. There is also a bus stop in front of the property, with bus lines that can take you almost everywhere. And if you prefer to walk, it's just a 10-minute walk to Diagonal, one of the city's main avenues.

双人间为单人间。如需双人入住，必须提出申请。

请注意，我们的租赁时间表与您在平台上看到的略有不同。这取决于您到达和离开酒店的日期。我们的计算方法如下：

入住：

每月 1 日至 12 日，您必须支付整个月的房费。

每月 12 日至 20 日期间，我们将从您第一个月的房租中扣除 10%。

每月 20 日或之后，您将按日付费。每人每晚的价格为 40 欧元。

退房：

每月 1 日至 12 日期间，按天付费。每人每晚的价格为 40 欧元。

每月 12 日至 20 日期间，我们将从您上个月的房租中扣除 10%。

每月 20 日或之后，您需要支付整个月的房租。

一旦租户向 Coliving.com 支付了第一个月的租金，将不予退款。租期不超过 3 个月的，除押金、habipak 和水电押金（如适用）外，还需支付全额预付款。

租户在 Coliving.com 上确认预订后，需直接向我们支付以下费用：

1) 对于 3 个月以下的住宿，押金相当于 1 个月的房租
入住 3 至 6 个月，押金相当于 1.5 个月的房租
入住 6 至 12 个月，押金相当于 2 个月的房租

您还需要购买 Habipak。押金在 31 到 61 天之间退还。

2) 您的房租总额为每月 50 欧元。超出部分根据租户实际入住情况按比例计算。我们要求补充水电押金，具体如下：

三月 50 欧元
四月 50 欧元
五月份 50 欧元
六月 75 欧元
七月 75 欧元

如果没有超额使用水电，押金将全额退还，或根据适用的超额使用情况退还。我们提供清晰透明的计算方法以及所有水电费账单的复印件。水电费账单周期为每月一次，因此根据租户的离开日期，未使用的水电押金可能需要 90 至 150 天才能退还。如果水电押金不足以支付任何超额使用的水电费，不足部分将从保证金中扣除。

3) 275 欧元 Habipak 管理费（一次性支付）。
租户在 Coliving.com 平台上预订并付款后，将收到我们的预订摘要，其中列出并注明上述所有款项。只有在向我们支付了上述款项后，预订才会被确认，租赁协议将发送给租户在线签署。

退房时需支付一次性清洁费 35 欧元。

退还押金和水电押金的任何银行转账费用/遗产公司收费均应由租户支付。

请注意，我们要求您在预订后提供收入证明。
