All rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising your comfort.
Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there's no need to even bring a pillow. All shared rooms are non-mixed gender and well-equipped.
Each room feels calm, spacious and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living. Individual lockers provided.
As a member, you have access to dedicated coworking spaces and an on-demand fitness app. You will also have the option for in-person access to more than 200 studios in New York for an additional payment through the app.
Our Coliving space includes a spacious dining room, chill zone with huge TV with Netflix, kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal.
It also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, olive oil, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
Please note that all images represent actual rooms in the house and are examples of the rooms we offer. We cannot guarantee the availability of a particular room, as this depends on its availability at the time you move in. However, the layout and specifications of all rooms are shown in the listing.

We provide regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study.
All our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and allergen-free.
24/7 security in all common areas.
As the Coronavirus has spread in the States, with some areas declaring a state of emergency, we want to ensure the well-being of all our residents. We are taking extra measures in disinfecting all common areas on scheduled cleaning days. Additionally, all houses supplied with disinfectant sprays and disinfectant wipes for use in all common areas.
Please note: pictures of private rooms are from a 7-bedroom apartment and we have a similar 3-bedroom apt located next door in the same building. If you book a private room you will stay in one of those apartments. They have the same renovation so you can trust the pictures. Please ask for availability.

Bedford-Stuyvesant
Since the days of Jay-Z and Lil Kim, Muhammad Ali and Chris Rock, all former residents of Bed-Stuy, the area has changed a bit. Young professionals and burgeoning artists have moved in. It keeps its original community feel, but Bed-Stuy is growing with the changes. Cafes, small eateries, boutiques and nightlife spots are changing the feel. Places like Peaches Hot House, Dough, the vintage store, Harold and Maude and night spots like C’mon Everybody keeps the neighborhood true to its eclectic roots.
