This is a large and airy home, originally built in 1947. The bay windows and original fireplace lean into the historic style of this neighborhood, but you'll still find all the amenities you expect at our properties, including workspaces and fast Wifi. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with ensuite and 2 with shared bathrooms. You'll also have access to the large outdoor area, fire pit, and deck, perfect for warm summer evenings spent by the barbecue. San Juan del Sur is known for gentle surf breaks in San Juan Bay, and more adventurous currents out in Maderas. This is a small town that has everything you need available on foot: a fresh produce market, good coffee, and beach bars with a view of the sunset. When you're ready to explore, head to the Caribbean Corn Islands, volcano surfing in Cerro Negro, or discover Ometepe - the island in the middle of Lake Nicaragua. You are:
