Divided over 6 floors, it allows a unique setup for social dining/cooking on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen and enough space for lavish dinners - cooking and socialising around the bar/TV area on the second floor - and finally retreating to your private space on the above floors. To be noted that some rooms are also located on the first and second floor as well. As an inhabitant of this Parisian Manoir, you will be lucky to witness the first signs of spring on the private terrace.

Steps away from the property you will find convenient stores, a gym and some fine dining restaurants for fancy evenings. For a weekend jog (or a romantic walk) we recommend trying out Parc Monceau, just a few blocks south. Wagram metro is right around the corner, while the property is conveniently facing bus stop n°31.
