Our space is designed for your comfort, with a lot of recreational, functional, and pleasurable areas. You will arrange our rooms and studio with the following amenities and services:
Rooms and studios are fully furnished and include an ensuite bathroom, television, and bed linen.
- Public services and administration are included.
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
- Use of workspaces (individual and group) and coworking,
- Use of social amenities such as swimming pools, jacuzzis, game rooms, gyms, yoga rooms, cinema rooms, and grilling terraces.
- Reception services, 24-hour security, and mobile applications for information and resident needs.
Please note that we will charge 22 USD per day extra to clean the room, under request.
Residents must take their own linen, as it is not provided by the property, or buy a kit at the front desk during check-in.

Our coliving is located in Downtown Bogotá, close to La Candelaria, an iconic neighborhood in Bogotá. The city was founded here and is the center of cultural activities. You will have a few steps from the Museum of Modern Art of Bogotá (MAMBO), the Gold Museum or the National Museum; Also, you can visit the Colón theater or the Jorge Eliécer Gaitán theater; or enjoy national or international cinema at the district Cinematheque. You can explore the neighborhood on foot and find graffiti by local artists, emblematic cafes and bars or discover historical sites such as Plaza Bolívar or Chorro de Quevedo.
