This modern and spacious apartment is on the second floor of a three-story townhouse (no elevator) in Woodside, Queens, furnished with top-class furniture. The rooms are spacious, and it has a queen-size bed, double beds, and closets. It gives off a natural light during the day because of the windows. There is also a laptop-friendly workspace whenever you feel the need to work, plus a fast Wi-Fi connection.
Kitchen features:
- Large shared fridge
- Gas stove with four eyes and ventilation
- Microwave, rice cooker, oven, toaster, kitchenware, and tableware
- Dining table with chairs.
Living room features:
- Shared space with a wide window
- Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube
- DVD player
- Comfy couch and a wooden bench
- Geometric floor lamp and some modern art pieces.
Bathroom features:
- Bathtub for a relaxing bath
- Toilet
- Sink with mirror.
Private rooms features:
- Closet
- West-facing windows with blinds, the floor light
- Full-size bed, desk, chair, trash bin.

Overall, the area is harmonious, no-Manhattan, and one of the best residential areas to live in if you want somewhere aside from Sunnyside.
