The apartment offers more than just a comfortable place to stay: it provides a prime location for exploring Barcelona. Step outside and you'll find yourself within walking distance of iconic attractions such as Las Ramblas, Plaça Colón, La Boquería, Plaça Reial, La Catedral, Barceloneta beach, El Liceu, El Palau de la Música, Parc de la Ciutadella, Carrer de Ferran, and much more.
We can help you obtain any kind of visa, NIE, empadronamiento, etc. as an extra service (only for stays of a minimum of three months).
Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.
Please Note:
Check-ins outside our regular working hours are subject to an additional fee.
Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €50
On holidays or between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM: €90
This is just to ensure everything is clear and transparent before your arrival.

All of our apartments are mixed, meaning you'll share the space with both male and female housemates. In general, our community consists of people pursuing master's degrees and/or working professionals.

The Gothic Quarter (Barri Gòtic in Catalan) is the historic soul of Barcelona. Located in the heart of the old city, this charming neighborhood contains the city's oldest remnants, including parts of the ancient Roman wall and a remarkable collection of medieval landmarks.
Strolling through the Gothic Quarter feels like stepping back in time. Its narrow, maze-like streets open up to charming plazas where history and modern life meet in perfect harmony. Among its highlights are the grand Barcelona Cathedral, the iconic Basilica of Santa Maria del Pi, the lively Plaça Reial, and the historic Plaça de Sant Jaume, the political heart of the city. Its proximity to the Old Port (Port Vell) also adds a distinct maritime flair.
