Our house is a vibrant, design-friendly, environmentally-friendly coliving, located in beautiful Normandy, 500m (1,500ft) from the beach. This old farm has been fully renovated by an architect to create a unique, modern, yet very cozy space.
The coliving features two big gardens, an inspiring coworking space with custom-made wood furniture, a fully equipped kitchen (ten induction hobs, dishwashers, fridges, ovens, etc.), a warm living room with a 4K projector, a well-organized bathroom, and finally eleven private pods, inspired by boat cabins and Japanese hotels, to enjoy restful nights.
The community plays a central role: each Monday we have a family meeting to schedule the week's activities, two skill-shared lunches, and a family diner every Saturday where we cook and eat together. Once a month, there is also an afterwork with the coworkers.
Finally, the site also hosts a tearoom, open from Wednesday to Sunday all year, offering a homemade organic kitchen as well as brunch every Sunday. A great addition for those days when you don't feel like cooking!
Whereas you want to focus on a new project, find inspiration, meet new people, or discover this unique area, which is Normandy, you'll find your place at our coliving!
Our colivers come from everywhere to spend quality time at the property. We have people writing ebooks, developing the business plan for their new business, or just working remotely for their company! We like to spend time together and learn from others, for example through our biweekly skill shares, and we also value alone time. Our residents range from digital nomads to professionals, entrepreneurs, and students, all eager to share their experiences. Here, a new home also means new friends; we eliminate the hassle of finding roommates, thoughtfully pairing you with like-minded peers for a fulfilling stay.
Located five hundred meters from the sea, our coliving gives you access to the large beach of Lion-sur-Mer in less than a ten-minute walk. From February to November, most water sports are possible: catamaran, windsurfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, char à voile...
Lion-sur-Mer also has a cinema facing the sea, and in the nearby cities accessible via cycle paths, you will find a spa and heated outdoor pool—a great way to relax in summer and winter!
Normandy is, of course, a region rich in history. Many places and memorials testify to D-Day: the American cemetery and its ten thousand crosses; the Memorial of Caen; the Pegasus Bridge (the first to be liberated); the museum of the Atlantic Wall; the old bunkers on the beaches...
Whether you come in May or December, you will always find occupations and a relaxing environment at our coliving.
