The dining and living spaces are furnished with co-living in mind, offering ample room & the cutlery and appliances to host a large dinner. The apartment offers spectacular natural light from the floor to ceiling windows offered in most units, and multiple outdoor patios and seating nooks allowing residents to get some fresh air. Unwind at the end of your day surrounded by your new housemates or pop around the corner to eat, shop, and drink on Mississippi Avenue.

The apartments are intentional coliving communities comprised of people from many walks of life. Students, traveling nurses, chefs, bakers, baristas, construction workers, textile and fashion designers, artists, and world travelers all reside at the Village and The Outpost. We strive to find members interested in engaging the entire community in a meaningful way by participating in weekly activities, and sharing your own hobbies, skills and passions with the whole community!
