This is a peaceful countryside retreat designed for those who want to live, work, and connect in an authentic Italian setting. The property is located near Peccioli, surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills.
We offer two apartments, each with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. The apartments are bright and cozy, ideal for remote workers, couples, or small groups.
Guests share a spacious common area with large tables, a cozy living room, and a wood-fired pizza oven—perfect for communal dinners and long conversations.
For those who prefer a closer connection to nature, we also have two glamping tents, equipped with comfortable beds and access to shared facilities.
