From here, it's a quick 10 to 15-minute drive into Hollywood, and Downtown North Hollywood is only an 8-minute car ride away. For those who prefer biking, it's a 20-minute ride or a one-hour walk to downtown.

Valley Glen College is conveniently located within a 7-minute car ride, and our central location provides easy access to UCLA, Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Burbank, Studio City, Hollywood, and Glendale.

Parking is excellent along Goodland Avenue, and there's ample space in the neighborhood as well as a large, mostly vacant parking garage just one block from the house.
