This s a dynamic Coliving Community born from the idea that housing and work should never be a burden on our financial stability, personal comfort, or sense of community. That’s why we dedicate our lives to reimagining the way people live, connect, and share spaces. Our community welcomes all kinds of creative minds—people who love adventure and seek to live new and exciting experiences with like-minded individuals. Our goal is to maintain a space where anyone can work smart, build meaningful relationships, and connect with a diverse group that challenges the status quo.

The house is very well located, in a central area of Florianópolis, which provides easy access to all beaches—south, east, and north. It’s just a 15-minute walk from parks and waterfalls, with a supermarket directly across the street, as well as nearby shopping malls, bars, and restaurants.

It also offers convenient access to public transportation and health services.

The community is deeply people-centered. It was designed with digital nomads and remote workers in mind, offering the best of both worlds: spacious and healthy environments, fast internet, and meaningful connections that help individuals grow and thrive on every level.

Yes! We have a cozy coworking space — and even a private room perfect for deep focus, study sessions, or important meetings. Everything set up so you can stay productive and inspired during your time with us! 💻✨

Most of our residents are workaholics who work remotely or are digital nomads. They’re people who get things done — but who also enjoy meeting new people and having someone to socialize with.

They choose to live in the coliving not just for practicality, but for the experience.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

To complete your registration, you’ll need to provide some basic information, including your name, passport or ID number, and your permanent address.

We may also ask for a short introduction about yourself and your interests — just to help us get to know you better as a potential member of our community.
