This s a dynamic Coliving Community born from the idea that housing and work should never be a burden on our financial stability, personal comfort, or sense of community. That’s why we dedicate our lives to reimagining the way people live, connect, and share spaces. We offer housing, networking, and work options so you can focus on pursuing your dreams in a light and connected way.
Our community welcomes all kinds of creative minds—people who love adventure and seek to live new and exciting experiences with like-minded individuals. Our goal is to maintain a space where anyone can work smart, build meaningful relationships, and connect with a diverse group that challenges the status quo.
The house is very well located, in a central area of Florianópolis, which provides easy access to all beaches—south, east, and north. It’s just a 15-minute walk from parks and waterfalls, with a supermarket directly across the street, as well as nearby shopping malls, bars, and restaurants.
It also offers convenient access to public transportation and health services.
The community is deeply people-centered. It was designed with digital nomads and remote workers in mind, offering the best of both worlds: spacious and healthy environments, fast internet, and meaningful connections that help individuals grow and thrive on every level.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?Most of our residents are workaholics who work remotely or are digital nomads. They’re people who get things done — but who also enjoy meeting new people and having someone to socialize with.
They choose to live in the coliving not just for practicality, but for the experience. -
Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?To complete your registration, you’ll need to provide some basic information, including your name, passport or ID number, and your permanent address.
We may also ask for a short introduction about yourself and your interests — just to help us get to know you better as a potential member of our community. -
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?We’re looking for people who already have some experience living in community — or at least a genuine interest in this way of living.
The ideal resident is someone who’s not just looking for a place to stay, but who truly wants to be part of the experience. Someone who shares our values: respect, care for details, and a love for clean, functional spaces.
More than anything, we look for cultural fit — people who understand that coliving is about coexistence, not just cohabitation. -
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?Yes, it’s absolutely possible! We’re quite flexible with check-in and check-out times — just let us know your plans in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?Yes, we do require you to sign a contract with us to ensure a smooth and clear stay. We also ask for an upfront payment to secure your spot in our community.

Is there a Credit Score required?We believe in keeping things simple and accessible. That's why a credit score is not required, and we don't ask for a security deposit. Our focus is on creating an open, hassle-free environment where everyone can feel welcome and immediately start enjoying the benefits of our community.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
